Shambhavi Kantak

Shambhavi Kantak has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2019. Shambhavi started their career as a Talent Acquisition Associate at 91springboard, where they were responsible for end to end recruitment of entry level and mid-senior level of various tech and non-tech positions. Shambhavi then moved on to The Quartile Company in 2020, where they worked mainly on leadership roles for Seed to Series A+ startups, building and developing advisory-based relationships with leadership candidates. In 2021, Shambhavi Kantak joined Unacademy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for Non-Tech roles, Pan-India hiring for associate to leadership roles, and collaborating with recruitment consultancies for the ongoing hiring projects. Currently, Shambhavi Kantak is working at Singular as a People Operations Associate and at Interview Kickstart as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Shambhavi Kantak earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Dempo Charities Trusts S.S. Dempo College of Commerce & Economics Altinho between 2012 and 2015.
