Vanessa Gavan is an accomplished entrepreneur, commercial advisor, and psychologist with over 20 years of experience in transforming leading international organizations and their leaders through progressive leadership solutions. In 2001, Vanessa founded Maximus International, serving as Founder and Joint Managing Director, to enhance leadership offerings in the market. Currently, Vanessa holds roles as an Advisory Board Member for WeAre8, a member of Chief Executive Women, and a Certified SU International Expert Faculty at Singularity University. Vanessa's previous ventures include founding and managing Imprint Global, focusing on talent management technology, and serving as National Assessment & Development Manager at TMP Worldwide. Educational credentials include an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School and degrees in Psychology from the University of Wollongong and the University of Sydney.
