Eleni Ioannidou

Eleni Ioannidou's work experience includes roles in various companies. Eleni started in 2009 as a GIS Operator at GeoInfo. In 2013, they joined Buchanan Computing Ltd as a Technical Support Administrator and later became a Sales Executive, responsible for negotiating contracts and managing customer accounts. Eleni then worked as a Senior Support Administrator, handling system installations and upgrades.

In 2017, Eleni joined Islington Council as a Traffic Management Order Comliance Officer, managing a team and ensuring compliance with regulations. Eleni later became a Mapping Team Leader, overseeing the implementation of a GIS strategy for Traffic and Parking, including the development of a back-end asset management system and web-based services.

In 2022, Eleni joined Intrum as an Operations Process Leader, where they evaluated business requirements, translated them into system features, and organized discussions with stakeholders and development teams.

Currently, Eleni is working as a Business Analyst at SingularLogic, starting in 2023.

Eleni Ioannidou obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Central Macedonia, which they attended from 2004 to 2010. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Spatial Information Management from FACHHOCHSCHULE KÄRNTEN, completing their studies in 2013.
