Sylvia Gazaniol

Sylvia Gazaniol is an accomplished team leader with extensive experience in the art and business development sectors. At Singulart since June 2017, Sylvia has successfully led the Artist Retention Program, achieving 100% artist retention and building a team of five Key Account Managers. As the head of the Design Sourcing Team, Sylvia developed strategies to support a new vertical, coached four Business Developers, and implemented a Trust & Quality process in collaboration with Product. In previous roles, Sylvia demonstrated strong business development skills at ChicTypes, generating significant revenue and fostering customer loyalty, and excelled in sales and customer service at Bosquet Décoration. Educational qualifications include a Licence in Lettres modernes appliquées from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Event Management and Public Relations from European Communication School.
