Rob Fenton has extensive work experience in various roles, predominantly in the digital and advertising sectors. Most recently, they have been working as the Digital Lead for Global Portfolio Solutions EMEA at The Carlyle Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global leader of Product UX and Brand at SINGULIER starting in 2018. Rob also held the position of Chief Product Officer (interim) at Oscaro in 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Managing Director UK for Konbini (2016-2018) and Managing Director, UK for 55 | fifty-five (2014-2016). Rob also had roles at Publicis Sapient, including Retail and Ecommerce Director, Europe (2014), Managing Partner (2011-2014), and Strategy Director (2008-2011). Before that, they worked as the Ecommerce Marketing Manager at Tesco (2006-2007), Head of Strategy at Publicis Sapient (2000-2006), and Advertising Planner at BBH London (1999-2000) and Saatchi & Saatchi (1999).

Rob Fenton completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde from 1997 to 1999.
