Dr. Jürgen Langer

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, while also functioning as an Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Prather holds extensive experience in academia and project management, having worked as a Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022, and as a Contributing Professor at Walden University between March 2018 and July 2021. Previous roles include Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University, as well as Graduate Research Assistant, MSW Social Work Field Liaison, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. Prather began the professional journey as a School Social Worker at Reynoldsburg City School District and Columbus City Schools, following a Clinical Social Work Internship and administrative role at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Education includes a Doctorate and Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies, all earned from The Ohio State University.
