Ziwei (Amy) Sheng

Ziwei (Amy) Sheng started their work experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017. Ziwei (Amy) then joined Caprico Biotechnologies as a Production Scientist & Marketing Coordinator in the same year. In 2018, they became the Manager of the Production Department at Caprico Biotechnologies, a position they held until 2020. Later, in 2021, they joined Sino Biological, Inc. as a Technical Account Manager. Currently, they are the Head CRO Program at Sino Biological, Inc. with a start date in January 2023.

Ziwei (Amy) Sheng received their education in the field of biology and biotechnology. Ziwei (Amy) started their academic journey at Hong Kong Baptist University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology. This program lasted from 2006 to 2010.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ziwei continued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ziwei (Amy) enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Cellular and Molecular Biology, with a minor in Biochemistry. Ziwei (Amy)'sdoctoral studies took place from 2010 to 2017.

In addition to their formal degrees, Ziwei also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skill set. In 2018, they completed the Advanced Google Analytics program provided by Google Analytics for Business. In 2020, they received certifications in ICH E6 (R2) Good Clinical Practice Investigator Site Training from The Global Health Network, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters, and Molecular Biology from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Most recently, in 2021, they completed the Expert Cytometry Training Program offered by ExCyte Solutions.
