Dermot McGrath co-founded Sino Global Capital with Matthew Graham in 2015. He is the team’s Chief of Staff and participates heavily in deal sourcing, investment strategy, and post-investment portfolio support. Dermot previously worked at HNA Technology, a major China-based Fortune 500 company, where he led project commercialization and fundraising at their New Technology Research Institute. Dermot received his bachelor's degree from University College Dublin in 2013 and spent an exchange semester at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also studied Mandarin at the Beijing Language and Culture University and can speak and read Mandarin Chinese fluently.
