Jacky Shi

Jacky Shi, TEP, currently serves as the Group General Counsel for Sino Group, having commenced this role in August 2023. Prior to this, Jacky accumulated extensive legal experience at King & Wood Mallesons from August 2015 to July 2023, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate. Previous roles include Solicitor at Robertsons and a brief internship as an Associate at Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices, facilitated by the Law Society of Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, Jacky worked as a Trainee Solicitor and Solicitor at Zhong Lun Law Firm and completed a secondment at YUASA and HARA. Academically, Jacky holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a Diploma in Modern Languages (Japanese) from the same institution. Additionally, Jacky has attended various educational institutions including Geelong Grammar School and American International School.
