Lam Sing Kwong Simon

Professor Lam is an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the corporate governance committee of the Company. Professor Lam is the Professor of Management and Strategy at the Faculty of Business and Economics, The University of Hong Kong. He is also Head of the Faculty’s Management and Strategy Area, Director of the Centre of Asian Entrepreneurship and Business Values and Ian Davies Endowed Professor in Ethics. Before joining the University of Hong Kong, Professor Lam had worked as a management consultant and as a regional manager for a bank.
