Wong Chi Keung

Mr. Wong is an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee and corporate governance committee and a member of the nomination committee of the Company. Mr. Wong was appointed to the Board in 4 March 2014. Mr. Wong is currently an executive director and the chief financial officer of Win Hanverky Holdings Limited, a listed public company in Hong Kong. He was previously the chief financial officer of Besunyen Holdings Company Limited from September 2011 to September 2013 and China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. from May 2007 to April 2010, all of which are listed public companies in Hong Kong.
