Frank Kaitis

Frank Kaitis possesses extensive experience in the legal and human resources fields. Currently serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Illinois, Frank also holds a significant position as a Human Resources Manager at SINOPEC since 2002. Frank's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law from Marquette University, followed by legal studies at DePaul Law from 1976 to 1979.
