Yingcheng Li is the Deputy Chief Engineer at Sinopec Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology, a position held since 2017. Previously, Yingcheng served in various leadership roles, including Director of the Synthetic Materials Division and Deputy Director of the 3rd R&D Division at the same institute. With a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Fudan University and experience as a Senior Expert at SINOPEC since 2012, Yingcheng has engaged in significant research and development, particularly in surfactants for enhanced oil recovery. Additionally, Yingcheng was a Visiting Scientist at Rice University in 2011-2012.
