Richard Yang

Richard Y. is a Senior Partner at Sinovation Ventures since November 2015, where responsibilities include managing seed, venture, and growth equity funds under the leadership of Dr. Kaifu Lee. In addition, Richard serves as General Partner of the Sinovation Disrupt Fund, focusing on technology investments exceeding USD 100 million, with typical transaction amounts between USD 10-50 million. Previous experience includes co-founding 6.cn Inc., which was acquired by a leading theme park operator for USD 450 million, and holding positions such as Vice President at NHC, Investment Manager at MC Capital, and Manager of Business Development & Product Marketing at Dianji Technology. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.
