Sinpas Group with its 41 year history and experience in the real estate field has been re-organized in 2006 and currently continues its housing development projects under the Sinpas GYO (REIT) brand. Following an initial public offering of 49 % of its shares on June 14-15, 2007 shortly after the formation of the partnership, Sinpas GYO (REIT) became a real estate investment partnership publicly traded at IMKB (Istanbul Stock Exchange).
