Marcela Silva is an entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Co-founder and President of FID, a fintech company offering innovative financial solutions. Marcela also holds the position of Director at Grupo SINSA, a Nicaraguan company with diverse interests. With over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, Marcela has expertise in corporate strategy, venture capital investment, marketing, branding, and project development. Marcela co-founded the Silva Foundation in 2014 to promote sustainability and entrepreneurial development, and Marcela is a Fellow of the Central America Leadership Initiative. Marcela earned her MBA from INCAE Business School and her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from St. Mary's University.
