Dan Penias

Dan Penias has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2021. Dan started as a Sales Associate at UCF Bookstore, where they provided customer service and managed inventory. In 2013, they worked as an Engineer Intern at NeoMetrix Technologies, Inc., operating 3D printers and scanners and developing CAD models. Dan then interned as a Gas Turbine Engineer at Siemens Energy in 2014, analyzing turbine blade data and performing measurement analysis. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Compressor Aerodynamics Engineer at Siemens Energy, designing airfoils and improving compressor performance. At Collins Aerospace from 2018 to 2021, they served as a Senior Engineer, leading mechanical design projects and providing engineering support. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Project Engineer at Sintavia, analyzing technical requirements, leading manufacturing readiness reviews, and managing project documents.

Dan Penias completed their education at the University of Central Florida. From 2010 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Later, from 2016 to 2020, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Thermofluid Aerodynamics Systems Design and Engineering.
