Jose Gonzalez is a seasoned production scheduling professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production planning. Currently serving as a Production Scheduler at Sintavia since April 2024, Jose excels in driving production flow and ensuring timely delivery of aerospace and defense components. Prior to Sintavia, Jose worked at Stryker from June 2020 to April 2024, where leadership in coordinating production activities at the Robotics Innovation Center was key to successful project delivery. Jose’s earlier roles include a Production Planner at Hollander Sleep Products, where successful management of a closeout program significantly reduced excess inventory costs, along with analytical positions in accounts receivable and financial operations at multiple organizations, showcasing a strong foundation in financial management and process improvement.
