Diana Bustani

Diana Bustani serves as the Regional Managing Partner and Partner at Sintec since January 2013, overseeing P&L responsibilities in Northern Mexico and consistently exceeding revenue and profit goals for three consecutive years. Previous roles at Sintec include Organizational Transformation Director, where Diana managed consultant teams on various business solutions, and Project Manager and Consultant, focusing on organizational design and change management. Diana has also contributed as a Finance Professor at UDLAP since October 2015 and provided consulting services at CEMEX and CoIntegra, where impactful KPI benchmarks and organizational restructuring plans were developed. Academically, Diana earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management, Finance from EGADE Business School and has held visiting scholar status at NYU Stern School of Business, in addition to a Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's in Engineering Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey and University of Technology Sydney, respectively.
