Bagautdinova Elina Askhatovna

She received her Master's degree in Economics from Novosibirsk State University in 1998.

For 11 years she worked at Procter & Gamble, where she was responsible for the financial department interacting with distributors, headed the financial department of the production site, participated in the localization of production and the introduction of new products to the Russian and CIS markets. In 2010, she was invited to the position of CFO at Visa International in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. She was responsible for the localization of the Visa International office in Russia and other countries of the region, as well as for the introduction of new financial services to the market. In 2014, she joined Inchcape as CFO. In 2018 she became Chief Financial Officer of Inchcape Northern Europe. In 2019 she joined the Sintez company.

In 2020 she took the position of Chief Financial Officer of Binnopharm Group.
