Oratovsky Valery Valerievich

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Far Eastern State Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 1994.

Has experience of work in the largest Russian and international companies. For a long time he worked in the telecommunications industry, as a commercial director, he participated in the creation of a GSM network for the regional company Primtelefon (later acquired by MTS) in Eastern Siberia and the Far East, thereby ensuring the company's leadership in the region. After that, he managed large projects at PJSC VimpelCom, including the construction of fixed-line networks in 30 cities of the operator's presence. In 2017, he joined Sintez as Director of Tender and Procurement Support.

In 2020, he took the position of Director for Tender and Procurement Activities at Binnopharm Group.
