Nadeem Soobratty

Nadeem Soobratty, ACCA, is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as Director of Investments - M&A at Sinyar Holding L.L.C since February 2024, Nadeem previously held multiple senior roles at Agthia Group PJSC from January 2021 to February 2024, including Director and Senior Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to that, Nadeem was an Alternative Investment and M&A Assistant Manager at Ghobash Group, where responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte and PwC focusing on valuations and business modeling and financial due diligence. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Business Mathematics and Statistics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an Executive Leadership Programme from London Business School, and ongoing membership in ACCA, along with CFA Level 2 candidacy.
