Lic. Maria Jose Melcon currently serves as Gerente de Capital Humano at SION S.A since June 2018, overseeing recruitment, personnel administration, and the implementation of HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Previously, Maria Jose held the position of Responsable de RRHH at ARM Services S.A. from June 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included establishing recruitment processes and staff induction. Maria Jose's experience also includes working as Analista Generalista de RRHH at ARAMARK Refreshment Services from August 2013 to July 2016, providing personalized HR support in remote locations, and managing administrative tasks at Asociart Servicios from May 2009 to July 2013.
