Rebecca Gashi

Rebecca Gashi, LLB, is an experienced leader in the financial services industry, currently serving as Director at Davies in the Consulting Division since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the full operating model RFP and implementation for asset management. Previously, Rebecca held significant roles at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2014 to March 2021, including interim Head of Risk Policy Compliance and Head of Insight & Communications, contributing to regulatory compliance and risk management. Earlier career highlights include leading investment operations at Scottish Widows Insurance and managing fund operations at Friends Life UK, among other roles in various organizations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen Mary University of London.
