Rishi Prakash

Rishi Prakash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and change management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Operations at Davies Consulting Division since June 2018, Rishi previously held multiple significant roles at Nomura, including Executive Director Co-Head of Change Management, where responsibilities encompassed establishing an offshore change team and expanding it from over 20 to more than 130 members. Prior roles also included Vice President of Derivatives Operations at Nomura and Associate Vice President of Business Manager at Lehman Brothers, where key contributions involved managing transitions and optimizing operational efficiency across multiple global locations.
