The Scientific Research and Development team at Sionna Therapeutics is responsible for driving the discovery and optimization of innovative small molecule therapies for cystic fibrosis. This multidisciplinary team includes experts in medicinal chemistry, preclinical safety, and drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK), working collaboratively to advance therapeutic candidates through preclinical stages and into clinical trials, ensuring both efficacy and safety in treatment development.
