Corrine Nowak

Corrine Nowak is the Director of University & Student Affairs and the SIOR Foundation Director at SIOR. Corrine has over ten years of experience in customer service and administration.

Corrine started their career as a Registration Coordinator at Americans for the Arts. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the precise processing of information and payments from customers, funders, and constituents who made donations to and/or registered for events. This included inputting information into the organization’s database, maintaining precise and organized files, and acting as the first point of contact with constituents as related to any of the above transactions. Corrine also prepared all materials related to onsite registration and supervised onsite registration. Corrine created and prepared requested reports relating to donations and events using Crystal Reports and SQL. In addition, Corrine resolved all help desk tickets related to database and e-commerce issues. During their tenure, they restructured and streamlined the registration process, both in house and onsite, in order to provide better customer service to attendees. Corrine also played an integral role in the new AMS selection process and assisted the Manager of Database Systems in setting up the new AMS in preparation for data transfer.

Corrine’s experience in customer service, administration, and event coordination makes their well-suited for their current role as Director of University & Student Affairs and SIOR Foundation Director at SIOR. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of university relations and student affairs, as well as managing the SIOR Foundation.
