Russell Patterson

Russell Patterson is currently the Director at SIOR. Russell has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to their current position, they were with Patterson Commercial Property Group and Simmons Real Estate. At Patterson Commercial Property Group, they worked as a broker/associate and was responsible for the leasing and sales of office, retail, and industrial properties. At Simmons Real Estate, they worked with clients to buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate properties. Russell also has experience working as an associate at Coldwell Banker United.

Russell Patterson has a BS in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas Christian University and a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Texas at Tyler. Russell is also certified from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
