Avanti Shah

Avanti Shah is a healthcare professional currently serving as a Complex Care Navigator - Psychology at Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority since March 2023, focusing on fostering relationships with community stakeholders and providing case management services within 33 First Nations communities.
