Jason Marchand (HR)

Jason Marchand MBA (HR) has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in different organizations. Jason is currently the Director of People and Culture at Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority since July 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Riverside Health Care Facilities. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Lakehead University. Before joining Lakehead University, Jason was the Human Resources Leader at Koch Fertilizer Canada ULC from 2012 to 2014. Jason has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services at Brandon Regional Health Authority from 2005 to 2012. Jason'searly experience includes being the Chief Human Resources Officer at Victoria General Hospital, where they were responsible for human resources and involved in developing HR systems for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
