Zoe Howlett is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Mobile Outreach Mental Health and Addictions Counsellor at Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority since April 2019. In this role, Zoe provides clinical assessments, treatment planning, and counseling to children, youth, and families facing mental health challenges, applying a holistic approach aligned with the organization’s core values. Prior to this, Zoe worked as a Content Researcher at HRSG and as a Direct Support Professional at Community Living Kingston and District, where support was provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Previous experiences also include working as an Overnight Sleep Attendant at Providence Care, where assistance was given to clients with acquired brain injuries, and conducting workshops and program development during work placements at Bigstone Health Commission and Surrey Place Centre. Zoe holds an Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology from St. Lawrence College and has completed coursework in Social Psychology at Wesleyan University.
