Pietro Falgari

Pietro Falgari serves as the Department Manager of Mathware at Sioux Technologies since July 2020, where Sioux acts as a global R&D partner for high-tech companies. Previously, Pietro held the positions of Group Lead Mathware and Project Manager at Sioux LIME from October 2013 to December 2020, managing key accounts and overseeing projects for clients such as ASML and Nexperia. As a Senior Mathware Engineer, Pietro contributed to diverse projects, including flow simulations and modeling for semiconductor applications. Prior academic experience includes postdoctoral research at Universiteit Utrecht under Nobel laureate Gerard 't Hooft and at Durham University, concentrating on high-precision predictions in particle physics. Pietro earned a PhD in Theoretical Physics from RWTH Aachen University and a Master's degree in Physics from Universita' degli Studi Milano.
