Shannon Patton

Shannon Patton is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Quality Specialist and Health Coach in Chronic Care Management at Siouxland Community Health Center since January 2023, Shannon previously held multiple roles at Siouxland Community Health Center of Nebraska, including Site Manager and Nurse Trainer/Educator. With a rich background in nursing, including positions as Coordinator of Community Health Education at Mercy Medical Center and Registered Nurse at Sioux City Allergy and Asthma, Shannon has demonstrated a commitment to community health and education. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Nursing, alongside various nursing degrees from Morningside University and Morningside College.
