Aaron Reitkopf serves as the Global Chairman and CEO of MullenLowe Profero, a global, digital marketing transformation agency that is a part of the MullenLowe Group, an IPG company. Aaron’s role has been to drive the IPG acquisition of Profero and its integration into Lowe and subsequently, Mullen, while expanding the global footprint, increasing both scale and revenue by 4X under his tenure. Aaron also helped build MullenLowe MediaHub, currently AdAge Media Agency of the Year, with a 35% annual growth rate. Aaron serves on the MullenLowe Group Global Executive Committee responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the integrated 65 country, 95+ office offering.
Aaron serves as an Independent Board Member for iMedia Brands (NASDAQ:IMBI). Aaron also serves as a Member of the Compensation Committee and a Member of Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
Aaron serves as a Board Director for Amref Health Africa, an African-led and African-staffed non-profit that provides community health services to over 15 million individuals and trains over 69,000 new health workers a year.
Prior to his current roles, Aaron has worked in social entrepreneurialism helping to create a student loan startup dedicated to providing low cost student loans to coding, data science, UX and digital marketing students globally and sold to The Blackstone Group. Prior to this period, Aaron led kbs+, an integrated marketing communications company (now named forsman & bodenfors) and worked on its sale to MDC Partners driving a 380% growth rate through the transaction period.
