Christine Pietschmann

Christine Pietschmann is an experienced Human Resources professional with a distinguished career spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at RANOVUS Inc. since March 2019, Christine also founded and operates Paradigm Labs as a strategic HR consultant, collaborating with notable clients including Bell Canada and Canadian Tire. Previous roles include Executive Director of Talent Management at CBC/Radio-Canada, and various leadership positions at Bell Canada, where initiatives in culture change and leadership development were paramount. Christine co-founded Intrasoft Technologies, a pioneer in web application development, and previously established Human-Computer Interaction Consulting. An academic background includes a Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction from Carleton University.
