Bertrand Rambaud

Bertrand Rambaud serves as President of Siparex, a leading independent French private equity group, since 2002, contributing to significant growth of assets under management from €800 million to over €2 billion by 2020. In addition to this role, Bertrand Rambaud holds the position of Deputy General Manager and Member of the Management Board at Merieux Equity Partners since January 2019 and has served on the Investment Committee for Visiativ since December 2017. Furthermore, Bertrand Rambaud has been an administrator for Biscuits Bouvard since June 2012 and Lacroix Emballages since July 2003. Previous experience includes Partner in the Transactions Services department at PwC France from 1997 to 2002 and Chargé d'affaires at Siparex from 1991 to 1997.
