Matthieu Adoir

Matthieu Adoir is a seasoned professional in the field of investment with extensive experience in capital investment roles. Since March 2018, Matthieu Adoir has served as Directeur at Siparex, a leading private equity firm in France managing over €1.8 billion, focusing on Midmarket investments including French SMEs with enterprise values under €60 million. Prior to this, Matthieu Adoir held the position of Directeur de Participations at IDIA Capital Investissement from May 2015 to February 2018, specializing in the food industry and holding €1.3 billion in assets. Matthieu Adoir's career also includes a role as Chargé d'Affaires at SODICA Capital Investissement from February 2007 to April 2015, where involvement was in minority capital support operations within the same industry sector. An early experience as a management advisor at SFR in 2005 provided insights into financial analysis and project profitability.
