Naif al-Baloushi

Naif Al-Baloushi is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement excellence. Currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Section Head at SIPCHEM since June 2019, Naif oversees contracts operations for service and material categories, spot procurement for chemicals and logistics, and leads a strategic procurement transformation project. Prior roles include Section Head of Procurement Excellence and Senior Analyst in Procurement Excellence, where Naif provided advanced support for SAP MM and implemented innovative improvements in the procure-to-pay process. Before joining SIPCHEM, Naif worked at Sahara Petrochemicals as an SAP Solution Consultant and Specialist Buyer, focusing on material procurement and support services. Naif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Jubail University College and a High School Certificate in Science from King Abdulaziz High School in Dhahran.
