Pierre Marchal

Pierre Marchal is the current Chief Financial Officer at SiPearl. Prior to this, they were an Advisory Board Member at Ethics & Compliance from January 2020 to March 2022. In this role, Pierre assisted in setting out and rolling out pricing strategy, achieving commercial effectiveness, expanding product portfolio, responding to competitive bids for larger-scale accounts, and negotiating with prospective customers.

From February 2019 to April 2020, Pierre was the Director of finance and administration at Retail & Connexions, a subsidiary of French railroad company SNCF. In this role, Pierre was responsible for finance and administration, legal, and lease management teams. Pierre successfully managed 3,000 stations and 180,000 sq mtr of commercial premises, with 1,500 outlets.

Before their time at Retail & Connexions, Pierre was the Manager of Group internal audit at Keolis from June 2014 to January 2019. Prior to that, Pierre was the Finance Director at SGBD Prism* EEIG from September 2001 to May 2014.

Pierre Marchal has a Master's degree in Controlling and Marketing from ESSEC Business School. Pierre also has certification from ANSSI - Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information in MOOC SecNumacadémie and PECB in ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.
