Dean Sipes

Dean Sipes is an experienced leader in the asphalt and concrete industry, currently serving as the Owner and President of Sipes Asphalt & Concrete since January 2013. In this role, Dean oversees daily operations, ensures resources are effectively allocated, and collaborates with sales staff to meet customer needs. Previously, Dean held the position of Owner and President at Urbane Paving & Maintenance Inc. from January 2011 to December 2012, focusing on parking lot maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. Dean also served as a National Project Manager at Venture Paving Group, where responsibilities included project estimation and operational oversight for Fortune 500 companies, and as a Senior National Project Manager at Rose Paving Company, managing the Southeast National Division and progressing through various roles over nearly five years. Education includes attendance at Purdue University and PHS.
