Jeff Bakle

Jeff Bakle is currently the Technical Services Manager at Siplast, Inc. in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. They previously held the position of Process Engineering Manager at Holcim Building Envelope from 2017 to 2025 and worked at Tenneco Automotive as an Elastomeric Processing Manager from 1994 to 1999. Jeff also served at Federal-Mogul in various roles, including Process Manager and Value Stream Manager, and began their career as an Associate Chemist at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from 1989 to 1994. They earned a BS in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati after completing their high school education at Van Wert High School.
