Erika Amato

Erika Amato is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional currently working at SIPLI FLEET since February 2025. Prior to this role, Erika served as a psychology instructor at Gruppo Lombardo and completed a master's program at Radar Academy focused on HR, recruiting, and organizational development. Erika also contributed to the community as a civil service volunteer at Centro polifunzionale La Fenice and gained hands-on experience through an internship at Centro Polifunzionale per Disabili 'La Fenice.' Erika holds a bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and a master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli."
