Tom Grönlund

Tom Grönlund has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom is currently working as a Sales Director at The Siqnificant Company, a modern employee insight tool. Prior to this, they served as the Country Manager for Talentech Finland, where they helped customers recruit, onboard, and develop talent. Tom also held the position of Country Manager Finland at ReachMee Suomi, where they focused on smarter recruiting and onboarding solutions.

Tom's earlier experience includes working at Meltwater, a SaaS company, where they served as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and Sales Consultant. During their time at Meltwater, they played a crucial role in upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, acquiring new customers, and offering media monitoring and business intelligence solutions.

Before entering the tech industry, Tom worked as a Recruiter/Producer/Promoter at Malja BTL Oy and held roles as an Assistant Golf Professional and Store Manager at Stude Sport Oy.

Tom Grönlund completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing from Hanken School of Economics, starting in 2007 and finishing in 2012. Prior to their master's degree, they attended Gymnasiet Grankulla samskola from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Tom Grönlund obtained a certification in Cut-e assessments from cut-e an Aon company in February 2019.
