Kara L. is a head designer based in Sydney, currently serving as the Head of Design at SIR. Since 2024, Kara has held this leadership role after previously managing design and product development at ARIAS and serving as an RTW Designer at CAMILLA AND MARC from 2020 to 2023. They conceptualized and launched the Interval brand while working at Interval from 2015 to 2019, establishing it in premium Australian and New Zealand markets. Kara has also gained experience as a full-time RTW Studio Intern at Alexander Wang Inc. and as a Womenswear Assistant Designer at Country Road Group. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Design at RMIT University and a graduate diploma in Psychology at Monash University.
