Alistair Darby

Alistair Darby currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at SIR RICHARD SUTTON LIMITED, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Darby was the Chair of the Wales Business Council from October 2021 to October 2023, fostering collaboration among various industry representatives to advocate for key issues to the Welsh Government. As CEO of Newson Health Limited, from November 2021 to January 2023, Darby established the foundations for the UK’s leading menopause and wellbeing organization. Darby also held significant leadership roles at S.A. BRAIN & COMPANY LIMITED, Darby Leadership Solutions, Mitchells & Butlers, and Marston's PLC, demonstrating extensive experience in managing and transforming large organizations within the hospitality and leisure sectors. Darby holds a Master's degree in Archaeology & Anthropology and Land Economy from Magdalene College, Cambridge, and received education at Repton in Derbyshire.
