Rachel Shore

Rachel Shore currently serves as the Senior Innovation and Improvement Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine, leading strategic improvement and innovation projects. Prior to this, Rachel held various roles at RES (Renewable Energy Systems Ltd), including Transformation Manager and Principal Consultant, where responsibilities included driving organizational change and managing multiple projects in sustainable design and construction. Rachel began the career as a Sustainability Consultant at Scott Wilson and briefly assisted with event organization at SEEDA. Rachel holds a Level 7 Apprenticeship in Executive Leadership from Cranfield School of Management and a 1st Class degree in Zoology from UCL.
