Simon Poulter McIps

Simon Poulter MCIPS is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a robust background in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Procurement and Supply Chain Director at Sir Robert McAlpine since April 2021, Simon previously held the role of Head of Procurement at Align Joint Venture for HS2 from June 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, Simon was the Procurement Director at Balfour Beatty plc from October 2016 to June 2018 and held the position of Head of Procurement (Infrastructure) at Laing O'Rourke between July 2011 and October 2016. Simon also has experience as a Procurement Manager at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd and as a Senior Procurement Manager at Laing O'Rourke. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Greenwich obtained from 2000 to 2004.
