The current leadership team at Sir Robert McAlpine has a wealth of experience in the construction industry. The team includes individuals who have worked for major construction companies such as Skanska, Laing Management, and Lovell Partnerships Ltd. as well as smaller companies such as John Laing Ltd and Bryant Construction Ltd. The team also has experience in working for the government, with one member having served as the Director of HR for the Government Procurement Service. In addition to their experience in the construction industry, the team members also hold degrees in civil engineering, construction management, and business from universities such as Trent Polytechnic, The Open University, and the University of Birmingham.
