Vice President Operations at Sir Royalty Income Fund

Mark Di Giulio has a diverse work experience, including roles at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.), Performance Medical Group, and Sports Performance Centres. At SIR Corp., they started as an Assistant General Manager in March 2012 and worked their way up to become a Senior Director of Operations in August 2017. Between these positions, they also served as a General Manager and Operations Director. Prior to their time at SIR Corp., Mark worked as the Director of Clinical Operations at Performance Medical Group from November 2010 to September 2011. Mark also gained experience as a Sport Conditioning Specialist at Sports Performance Centres from March 2010 to November 2010.

Mark Di Giulio completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology at Western University from 2005 to 2009. Mark also obtained a certification in Finance for Non-Financial Professionals from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School in 2019.

Sir Royalty Income Fund

SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor's Bar and Grill and Canyon Creek Chop House, and signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Far Niente/FOUR/Petit Four and the Loose Moose Tap & Grill, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership). The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund intends to pay distributions to unitholders on a monthly basis. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership. SIR also owns and operates a Duke's Refresher & Bar located in downtown Toronto and one seasonal restaurant, Abbey's Bakehouse.
