Coldon Martin

Creative Director at SIR

Coldon Martin has over 10 years of professional experience in the creative industry. Coldon began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Intern for the YWCA of Richmond. In 2011, they co-founded Lot Forty Nine Media, LLC where they served as a Cinematographer, Editor, and Founder. That same year, they also began working at Pulsar Advertising as an Account Coordinator and In-House Videographer and Photographer. In 2013, they joined Good Day RVA as a Videographer/Photographer/Strategist. In 2014, they joined SIR as a Creative Director where they established the firm's in-house video production, web design, and social media marketing departments. Coldon strategized and led all stages of the firm's creative output and executed innovative programs across print, digital, mobile, and social media platforms. Coldon managed production schedules and acted as a client-facing liaison for all of SIR's creative initiatives. Coldon successfully managed a diverse creative portfolio of noteworthy clients in the public, private, and government sectors. Coldon was also involved in the entire lifecycle of video and photography production, including lead roles in concepting, copywriting, directing, art directing, editing, and placement. Additionally, they oversaw all in-house web development and design work for clients in multiple sectors. Coldon also developed and led a variety of paid PPC campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Coldon Martin attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
